The promotional photo above is uncredited. However, it was taken at Los Angeles television station KTTV. The pirate (unidentified) is holding Barbra's Second Album, released in August 1963. Therefore, this must be a "behind-the-scenes" photograph of Barbra making an appearance on the Jerry Lewis Telethon or, possibly on the March of Dimes telethon, plugging her new album by singing.
