About the Single
“Till I Loved You” debuted on Billboard's charts at No. 67 and peaked at No. 25 in its seventh chart week.
The complete track, as it appeared on the Till I Loved You album, ran 5:10 minutes.
Columbia also sent out a promotional CD single (CSK 1312) with two versions of the song— a “short version” that ran 4:14 minutes and a “long version” that ran 4:48 minutes.

[Note: the 4:14-minute version was included on the 2002 Streisand album Duets].
Other Formats
Columbia also released this single in CD3 format (# 38K 08062). The CD3 format was a small 3-inch diameter disc. The new size was chosen so consumers could easily distinguish CD-singles from the full length CDs. The songs match their 7-inch vinyl versions.
